1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) (Roping-in No. 1) Award 1992.
2 - APPLICATION
The award known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) Award 1978 shall be binding according to its terms upon:
(i) the undermentioned organisations of employees, their officers and members:
the Australian Municipal, Transport, Energy, Water, Ports, Community and Information Services Union
the National Union of Storeworkers, Packers, Rubber and Allied Workers
the Federated Miscellaneous Workers Union of Australia
(ii) Those organisation of employers named in Schedule A of the above award in respect of all the employees of their members whether such employees are members of the union or not.
(iii) The employers named in Schedule B of the above award in respect of all of their employees whether such employees are members of the union or not.
(iv) Employers listed in Schedule 1 in respect of all of their employees whether members of the union or not.
3 - DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period commencing on or after 19 August 1992 and shall remain in force for a period of one year.
