1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) (Roping-in No. 1) Award 1994.
2 - PERIOD OF OPERATION
This award shall operate from the first full pay period commencing on or after 25 November 1994 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
3 - APPLICATION
The terms and conditions of the award known as the Business Equipment Industry (Technical Service) Award, 1978 as varied and in force from time to time shall be binding upon:
(a) the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union and its members;
(b) all employers named in Schedule A attached hereto in respect of all of their employees whether members of the union or not.
