18.1 All wages shall be paid weekly or fortnightly by cash or by cheque or electronic transfer by agreement between the employer and employee.
18.2 Wages shall be paid during working hours on a weekday mutually agreed by the employer and employees in each service, being not more than five days following the end of the pay period. The payday selected, once agreed, must not be changed without mutual agreement between the employer and a majority of employees.
18.3 Upon termination of employment wages due to an employee shall be paid on the date of such termination or forwarded by post on the next working day.
