1. AWARD TITLE
This award will be known as the Insurance Industry (Roping-in No. 2) Award 2004.
2. PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
This award will be binding upon on the Finance Sector Union of Australia and the respondent named in the schedule to this award.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Insurance Industry Award 1998 as varied from time to time shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this award with respect to employees eligible to be members of the Finance Sector Union of Australia.
4. DATE OF OPERATION
This award will come into force from the first full pay period commencing on or after 15 June 2004 and shall remain in force for 6 months.
