7.1 “The employer” means Boral Energy SA Pty Ltd, SA Gas Distributors Pty Ltd, E.H. Cambridge and Co and CDS Services Pty Ltd and their successors and assignees.
7.2 “The union” means the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia Gas Industry Sub-Branch and their successors and assignees.
7.3 “The Commission” means the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
7.4 “The Act” means the Workplace Relations Act 1996, and any subsequent amendments thereto.
7.5 “Employee” means all members of the employer's workforce covered by classifications listed in this award.
7.6 “Supervisor” is the person to whom an employee directly reports in the normal course of employment.
