34.1 Employees bound by this award will be entitled to the payment and prescriptions of the relevant respective State Acts.
34.2 By mutual agreement between the employer and the employee, Long Service Leave may be taken in the following manner.
34.2.1 half pay, thus doubling the period of leave taken, or
34.2.2 double pay, thus halving the period of leave taken, or
34.2.3 cash, where state legislation allows.
In each case the appropriate adjustment to the leave record will be made.
