(a) The Chief Employers' Representative shall, during the continuous service of an employee and for a period of twelve months thereafter, or in the case of termination by the death of an employee until settlement with an employee's personal representative has been made, or the expiration of three years from the date of death, whichever first occurs, keep a record from which can be readily ascertained the name of the employee, the employee's occupation, the date of commencement of the employee's continuous service, the employee's entitlement to long service leave, and any long service leave or furlough which has been granted to the employee or in respect of which payment has been made whether under this award or otherwise.
(b) Such record shall be kept at the office from time to time designated by the Chief Employers' Representative for that purpose; at which office it shall be open for inspection by a duly accredited official of the Union during the usual office hours. The inspecting official shall be entitled to make and carry away a copy of any entry in such record.
