The provisions of this variation shall rescind and replace the Marine Cooks' Long Service Leave Award 1972 and the Marine Stewards' Long Service Leave Award 1971 but no right, obligation or liability accrued or incurred under any of these awards shall be effected except to the extent that the provisions of this variation apply.
