1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Maritime Industry (Seamen, Cooks and Stewards) Long Service Leave (Roping-in No. 1) Award 1996.
2. PARTIES
This award shall be binding upon Intercontinental Ship Management Pty Ltd, Stolt-Nielsen Pty Ltd and the Maritime Union of Australia and the officers and members of those organisations where those members are employees of the employer party.
3. APPLICATION
(a) The terms and provisions of the Maritime Industry (Seamen, Cooks and Stewards) Long Service Leave 1995 and all variations thereto shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this award.
(b) All existing rights, obligations and liabilities arising or accuring with respect to the employer party and/or their employees under the Maritime Industry (Seamen, Cooks and Stewards) Long Service Leave 1995 shall be unaffected by the making of this award.
4. DURATION
This award shall come into operation from 12 August 1996 and shall remain in force for 12 months.
