1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (Roping-in No 1) Award 1998 - Part 1.
2 - APPLICATION
The terms and conditions of the Award known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 - Part 1 as varied and in force from time to time shall be binding upon the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (“The AMWU”) and members thereof and upon Kinetic Technologies International Pty Limited, 1 Kembla Street, Cheltenham VIC 3192.
3 - OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period which commenced on or after 25 August 1998 and shall continue in operation for a period of 12 months.
