1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (Roping-in No.1) Award 2001.
2. PARTIES BOUND
2.1 Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union and at Schedule E. Delmore Forklifts Pakenham.
2.2 All employees of Delmore Forklifts who are eligible to be, whether or not they are, members of the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this Award, the provision of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998.
4. OPERATION
This Award shall come into force from the beginning of the first full pay period commencing on or after 22 February 2001, and remain in force for a period of 6 months.
