1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 (Roping-in No. 4) Award 2001.
2. PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
2.1 The Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (the Union) and its members; and
2.2 Serco Australia Pty Limited, in respect of its employees whether members of the Union or not, engaged in the performance of work within the scope of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 Parts I and II, other than in respect of employment at the Serco Citiwest Water site in Sunshine, Victoria.
3. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this Award the provisions of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 Parts I and II as varied from time to time shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this Award.
4. OPERATION
This Award shall come into force from the first pay period to commence on or after 21 September 2001 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
