14. SUPERSESSION OF METAL INDUSTRY (LONG SERVICE LEAVE) AWARD, 1984 AND PRESERVATION OF RIGHTS

This Part of the award supersedes the award known as the Metal Industry (Long Service Leave) Award, 1984 and all variations thereto but all rights, obligations and liabilities accrued or incurred under such award or variations shall be preserved and shall not be affected by such supersession.
