1.9 RELATIONSHIP WITH THE VICTORIAN METAL TRADES ACCIDENT PAY AGREEMENT

The Victorian Metal Trades Accident Pay Agreement lapses from the date of commencement of this award except for preexisting injuries at that date. This award only applies to injuries that occur after the date of commencement of this award.
