2.2.1 Accident pay does not apply in respect of any injury during the first 5 normal workings days of incapacity.
2.2.2 The maximum period or aggregate periods of accident pay to be made by an employer will be a total of 39 weeks for any one injury (as defined in subclause 1.3), according to the table set out in Appendix A to this award.
