1 - TITLE
This award shall be known as the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (Accident Pay, Victoria) Award 1998 Roping-in No. 1 Award 2004 (the Award).
2 - PARTIES AND PERSONS BOUND
This Award shall be binding upon:
2.1 Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union (the Union) and its members; and
2.2 The employers set out in Schedule A in respect of their employees whether members of the Union or not, engaged in the performance of work within the scope of The Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (Accident Pay, Victoria) Award 1998.
3 - APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this Award the provisions of the Metal, Engineering and Associated Industries (Accident Pay, Victoria) Award 1998 as varied from time to time, shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this Award.
This Award shall come into force from the first pay period to commence on or after 6 April 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
