7. WHO IS BOUND BY THIS AWARD

7.1 In Victoria

The National Electrical Contractors Association, its officers and its members, and the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia, its officers and its members and persons eligible to be members thereof, only in respect of those employees whose permanent or usual place of residence is in the State of Victoria and/or whose employment is based at, or operates out of a registered office or depot of the employer which is situated in the State of Victoria.

7.2 In South Australia

The National Electrical Contractors Association, its officers and its members, and the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia, its officers and its members and persons eligible to be members thereof, only in respect of those employees whose permanent or usual place of residence is in the State of South Australia and/or whose employment is based at, or operates out of a registered office or depot of the employer which is situated in the State of South Australia.

7.3 In the Australian Capital Territory

The National Electrical Contractors Association, its officers and its members, the employers listed in Schedule A of this award and the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia, its officers and its members and persons eligible to be members thereof, only in respect of those employees whose permanent or usual place of residence is in the Australian Capital Territory and/or whose employment is based at, or operates out of a registered office or depot of the employer which is situated in the Australian Capital Territory.

7.4 In Tasmania

The National Electrical Contractors Association, its officers and its members, the employers listed in Schedule A of this award and the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia, its officers and its members and persons eligible to be members thereof, only in respect of those employees whose permanent or usual place of residence is in the State of Tasmania and/or whose employment is based at, or operates out of a registered office or depot of the employer which is situated in the State of Tasmania.
