Note: 1. If an employee is entitled to be paid any all purpose allowance in addition to those referred to in this Table (see Clause 18.6.1) then those allowances shall be added to form part of the gross weekly all purpose weekly wages.
2. Casual employees shall be paid 20% in addition to the above (see Clause 11.3).
3. The Base Rate incorporates the Supplementary Payment and Arbitrated Safety Net Adjustments up to 28/4/98.
4. The minimum Weekly Rate is subject to the Absorption of Safety Net Adjustments set out in Clause 17.8.
