32. TRANSPORT IN CASE OF ILLNESS OR DISCHARGE

The employer shall provide transport free of cost for the employee in case of serious illness or accident to the nearest hospital and in the case of discharge to the nearest town. Provided that this clause shall not apply in the case of discharge where the employee has his or her own transport.
