AP792504 - Pest Control Industry (Victoria) Award 2000
For the purposes of this award:
4.1 Employer means an organisation, company , business or individual who is listed in the Schedule of respondents to this award or who is bound by the terms of the award under s.149 of the Workplace Relations Act 1997.
4.2 Union means the Australian Liquor Hospitality and Miscellaneous Workers Union
4.3 Commission means the Australian Industrial Relations Commission.
