1.4 PERSONS EXEMPTED FROM COVERAGE

This award shall not apply to persons employed in catering, cleaning, security, parking attendants, caretakers and handy persons, gardening, child care, trades up to and including the level of leading hands, and health, fitness and leisure instructors and attendants, but including managerial positions.
