5.5 WORKERS COMPENSATION LEAVE AND MAKE-UP PAY

An employee shall be entitle to “make-up” payments for any absence for which (s)he is entitled to workers compensation, up to a maximum period of 6 months. Such make-up payments shall be the difference between the employee’s ordinary weekly salary and the workers compensation payments for the period of the absence.
