1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Student Union Employees Core Conditions (Roping-in No. 3) Award 2000.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(i) the National Tertiary Education Industry Union; and
(ii) the Victorian TAFE Students and Apprentices Network Inc
in relation to employees who are eligible to be members of the National Tertiary Education Industry Union, who are employees of the Victorian TAFE Students and Apprentices Network Inc.
3. APPLICATION
The provisions of the Student Union Employees Core Conditions Award 1997 shall apply to the parties to this award.
4. DATE OF OPERATION
This award shall come into force from the beginning of the first pay period to commence on or after 10 August 2000 and shall remain in force for a period of twelve months.
