1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Tugboat Industry (Roping-in No.1) Award 2004.
2. APPLICATION
The provisions of the Tugboat Industry Award 1999, as varied from time to time, shall apply to and be binding on the parties to this Award.
3. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall apply to and be binding upon:
(a) The Maritime Union of Australia, its officers and members employed by Australian Maritime Services Pty Limited.
(b) Australian Maritime Services Pty Limited in respect of its employees who are eligible to be members of The Maritime Union of Australia, whether members or not.
4. OPERATION
This award shall come into operation from the first pay period to commence on or after 31 May 2004 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
