1. TITLE
This award shall be known as the Teachers (English Colleges) (Roping-in No 1) Award of 2002.
2. PARTIES BOUND
This award shall be binding upon:
(a) Independent Education Union of Australia: and
(b) Swan International Language Academy, Northbridge, WA
3. SAVINGS CLAUSE
Nothing in this order or the award thereto will in itself operate to reduce the terms and/or conditions of employment of employees which were in existence immediately prior to or at the commencement of this roping-in in respect of allowable matters.
4. APPLICATION
Subject to that which is otherwise provided in this award, the provisions of the Teachers (English Colleges) Award 1999 shall apply.
5. OPERATION
This award shall come into force from 3 October, 2002 and shall remain in force for a period of three months.
