An employee on weekly hiring shall be entitled to a maximum of three days leave without loss of pay on each occasion and on production of satisfactory evidence of the death of the employee’s husband/wife, father, mother, sister, brother, child, step-child or parent-in-law. For the purpose of this clause the words wife and husband shall include de facto wife and husband and the words father and mother shall include foster father and mother.
