5.1 Authorised officer means the Vice-Chancellor of the University, or where applicable, a college director, or a person acting as the vice-chancellors nominee.
5.2 Termination of employment means termination of employment at the initiative of the employer institution.
5.3 Act means the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (the Act) as amended.
