8. TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT ON THE GROUNDS OF ILL HEALTH

Should the employment of an academic employee be terminated by the employer because of the state of health of the employee then the employee will be entitled to the notice required by the employee’s contract of employment, or where no notice is specified, a period of six months notice.
