6. COVERAGE OF AWARD

This award shall apply in respect of the employment of persons covered by the definitions of “Commercial Traveller” and “Wholesale Merchandiser” in clause 4 - Definitions who are not bound by any other award of the AIRC and whose place or employment is situated in the Australian Capital Territory even though such persons may be required to work outside the Australian Capital Territory.
