11. CONSULTATIVE MECHANISM IN THE WORKPLACE

11.1 At each enterprise covered by this award the employer and employees and, if appropriate an appropriate representative including the union, may establish a mechanism and procedures which enables them to communicate and consult about matters arising out of this award, in particular clauses 9 - Index of faciltative provisions and 10 - Enterprise flexibility which they agree would assist in achieving and maintaining cooperative workplace relations and mutually beneficial work practices.

11.2 Each employer will erect in a suitable position in the work place a notice board for the purpose of posting any notice to facilitate communication between the employees and/or their union representatives.
