8. PARTIES BOUND

This award shall be binding on:

8.1 Glad Pty. Ltd. (the employer);

8.2 the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union, (the Union);

8.3 all Employees of Glad Pty. Ltd. who are eligible for membership of the Australian Services Union, (the employees).
