3. INCIDENCE AND PARTIES BOUND

This award shall apply to and be binding upon:

3.1 Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the State of Victoria in respect of all Her teachers engaged as teachers in government schools in the State of Victoria; and

3.2 The Australian Education Union, its officers and members in respect of persons who are members of the union employed as teachers in government schools in the State of Victoria.
