32. RATES FOR SHIFT WORKERS ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS
A shift worker on a rostered shift the major portion of which is performed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday shall be paid at the following rate which shall be in substitution for the shift allowance:
