2. For the purposes of this award, a Senior Line Attendant is defined as an employee with not less than one year’s experience on main machine lines and whose performance or specific tasks demand skill and the acceptance of a level of responsibility adjudged by the employer to be equivalent.
3. Employees in the above groups will perform a wider range of duties including work which is incidental or peripheral to their main tasks or functions. Subject to agreement at the enterprise level, employees are to undertake training for a wider range of duties and for access to higher classifications.
