1. An adult employee of a classification specified below shall be paid not less than the rate per week assigned to that classification as listed in clause 19 for the area in which the employee is working.

2. Employees in the above groups will perform a wider range of duties including work which is incidental or peripheral to their main tasks or functions.

3. Subject to agreement at the enterprise level, employees are to undertake training for a wider range of duties and for access to higher classifications.
