4.1 This award shall being binding upon:

4.1.1 The Launceston City Council (LCC)

4.1.2 The Australian Municipal, Administrative & Clerical Services Union (ASU)

4.1.3 The Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia (APESMA) in respect of all employees of the Launceston City Council whether such employees are members of one of the above employee organisations or not.
