8. PARTIES BOUND

This award shall be binding upon:

8.1 The Australian Workers’ Union, its officers and members.

8.2 Subject to 8.3 and 8.5 hereof, the following employer organisations and their members:

• The Australian Industry Group;

• Civil Contractors Federation;

• Master Builders Association of South Australia Incorporated;

• The Master Builders’ Association of Tasmania;

• Master Builders’ Association of Victoria;

• Victorian Employers’ Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

8.3 Notwithstanding 8.2 hereof, this award shall, in Western Australia, only bind the following employer organisation:

• Australian Federation of Construction Contractors.

8.4 The employers listed in the Schedule of respondents to this award in relation to all their operations covered by the scope of this award.

8.5 New South Wales and Queensland only binding on the employers listed in the Schedule of Respondents.
