22.1 An employee, other than a casual employee, will be entitled to a maximum of three days paid leave where the employee is absent from work on each occasion, because of the death of their wife, husband, father, mother, brother, sister, child, foster child, mother-in-law, father-in-law, grandparents-in-law, foster parents, step-father, step-mother, step-child, grand parents, grand children or de-facto spouse.
22.2 Upon request, proof of such death will be required to be produced.
