12. EMPLOYER AND EMPLOYEE DUTIES

Employees within each grade are to perform a wide range of duties including work which is incidental or peripheral to their main tasks or functions. As long as it is consistent with a safe and healthy working environment the employer will have the right to direct an employee to perform such duties and use such equipment as may be required, which are within the limits of the employee's skills, competence and training.
