35. SPECIAL LEAVE
Despite the provisions of 29.1 of clause 29 - Overtime, when an employer, at the request of an employee, permits such employee to have time-off for personal reasons, and:
- a five-day week is in operation; and
- that time off exceeds one hour;
- the employee may be required to make up such period of time-off provided such time-off is made up within the daily spread of hours within the next seven days following the day which such time-off was granted.
