AP822300 - Milk Treatment and Distribution Employees (A.C.T.) Award 2003
5.1 This award shall be binding upon the officials and members of The Australian Workers’ Union and upon the officials and members of the Transport Workers’ Union of Australia and upon the employers named in Appendix 1 - Schedule of respondents, in regard to the employees engaged in the milk treatment and distribution industry in the Australian Capital Territory.
5.2 This award shall come into operation from 13 March 2003, and shall remain in force for a period of twelve months.
