20.1 Employees shall be paid weekly during working hours not later in the week than Friday. When an employee is discharged from employment, the employee shall be paid forthwith wages, overtime, pro rata payment for annual leave, holiday payment and any other remuneration due, and in the event of there being any delay in the making of such payment, the employee shall be paid at ordinary rates for all time he or she is kept waiting.
20.2 Where an employee lawfully leaves his/her employment he/she shall be paid all moneys due at the time of leaving.
20.3 The employer may require new employees to be paid by electronic funds transfer. The employer may require all employees to be paid by electronic funds transfer when a majority of employees are being paid by electronic funds transfer.
20.4 Particulars of details of payment to each employee shall be included on the envelope including the payment, or in a statement handed to the employee at the time payment is made, and shall contain the information as set out in Regulation 132B of the Act.
