Re-title and insertion of provisions re award simplification.
ORDER
A. This order consolidates the provisions of the Australian Government Statutory Authorities Conditions and Salaries Award 2002 [AW817966] and the Australian Government Employment (Flexible Working Hours) Award 1988 [AW765662] into this award. Further to a decision on transcript in Canberra on 28 March 2003 the above award is varied by deleting all clauses, schedules and appendices and inserting the following:
