24.1 The company shall provide a noticeboard of reasonable dimensions to be erected in a prominent position at the respective location upon which accredited union representatives shall be permitted to post union notices authorised by the appropriate branch of the union which are signed or countersigned by the representative posting them.
24.2 Any notice posted on such board not so signed or countersigned or authorised may be removed by a duly authorised employer official or by an accredited union representative.
