6. PARTIES BOUND

6.1 This award is binding upon Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd and Bi-Lo Pty Ltd (the Company) and the Australian Municipal, Administrative, Clerical and Services Union (the Union) in respect to clerical and administrative employees whether members of the Union or not.

6.2 This award is applicable throughout all States and Territories of Australia in the following locations:

• Coles Supermarkets, National Office, 800 Toorak Road, Tooronga, Victoria 3146;

• Coles Supermarkets, Victoria State Office, 800 Toorak Road, Tooronga, Victoria 3146;

• Coles Supermarkets, New South Wales State Office, 62 Hume Highway, Chullora, New South Wales 2190;

• Coles Supermarkets, Queensland State Office, 643 Kessels Road, Upper Mt Gravatt, Queensland 4122;

• Coles Supermarkets, South Australia State Office, 33 Port Wakefield Road, Gepps Cross, South Australia 5094;

• Coles Supermarkets, Tasmania State Office, 71 Galvin Street, South Launceston, Tasmania 7249;

• Coles Supermarkets, Western Australia State Office, Cnr Nicholson and Bannister Roads, Canningvale, Western Australia 6107;

• Bi-Lo, Victoria State Office, 800 Toorak Road, Tooronga, Victoria 3146;

• Bi-Lo, National Office, 800 Toorak Road, Tooronga, Victoria 3146;

• Bi-Lo, New South Wales State Office, 160 Pacific Highway, Charlestown, New South Wales 2290;

• Bi-Lo, Queensland State Office, 64 Parramatta Road, Underwood, Queensland 4119;

• Bi-Lo, State Office South Australia, 33 Port Wakefield Road, Gepps Cross, South Australia 5094;

or any subsequent state or national offices of the Company.

6.3 This award will supersede the following Federal and State awards with respect to classifications under this award engaged in at Head office and State offices.

• Retail Trades Award.
