This award shall be binding upon:
6.1 members of the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union in connection with the work of boilermakers, structural steel tradespeople, welders of all classifications in boilermaking workshops, and any other related trade;
6.2 members of the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia;
6.3 members of The Australian Workers' Union in connection with the work of boilermakers, structural steel tradespeople, welders of all classifications in boilermaking workshops, and any other related trade; and

6.4 the public hospitals listed in Schedule A in respect of their employees, whether members of the aforementioned unions or not, performing work covered by this award.
