35.1 Employees shall be entitled to long service leave in accordance with the employer's Long Service Leave Award, Regulation or Determination (as the case may be) at the time of this award or as varied from time to time.
35.2 Long service leave shall be taken by agreement as soon as practicable after such an entitlement falls due. Provided that the employer is satisfied that the granting of such leave to numbers of employees on or about the same time will not unduly affect the employer.
35.3 Where an employee is absent on long service leave and the period of leave includes their rostered day off that day shall not be added to the period of long service leave.
