6. PARTIES BOUND

This award shall be binding on the employers listed in this clause who trade as “Domino’s Pizza” and the Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees Association in respect of all employees of the employers employed in the classifications contained in this award in the States of South Australia, New South Wales, Tasmania, Victoria, Northern Territory and the Australian Capital Territory in the classifications in this award eligible for membership whether members of the union or not.
