12. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE

A full-time employee is one who is engaged by the week and works 38 hours per week, or an average of 38 hours per week. A full-time employee will be paid an hourly rate equal to the appropriate weekly rate divided by 38, together with any other relevant amounts, penalties or loadings as prescribed by this award.
