This award shall be known as the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association - Domino’s Pizza Australia (Roping-in No. 1) Consent Award 2005.
The rates of pay and conditions of employment shall be prescribed, as varied from time to time, by the award of the Australian Industrial Relations Commission made on 1 December 2003, and known as the Shop Distributive and Allied Employees Association - Domino’s Pizza Australia Consent Award 2003.
No employee shall, as a result of the making of this award, suffer any loss of existing wages or other benefits to which the employee was entitled to prior to the date of the coming into operation of this award.
This award shall operate from the beginning of the first full pay period to commence on or after 2 November 2005 and shall remain in force for a period of six months.
